Please read our terms and conditions before placing an order. If you place an order with us this becomes a legally binding contract.

For the avoidance of doubt. All Terms & Conditions are governed by English law.

PAYMENT

This luxury food hamper site will enable you to buy hampers on line using your credit card. Your credit card statement will quote our company name. Our website has been encrypted with the latest software to ensure we operate a secure site. All payment transactions are handled by secure third parties, a taste of rural dorset does not store credit card details.

The title of the goods does not pass to the buyer until items have been paid for in full.

DATA PROTECTION ACT

A Taste of Rural Dorset does not disclose buyers' information to third parties as part of our Terms and Conditions. Data collected on this site is only used to fulfil customer orders and therefore complies with the Data Protection Act.

SUBSTITUTIONS

We will always try to send the hampers exactly as described. However we reserve the right to substitute items to the same or greater value if there is an availability issue.

CANCELLATIONS

UK Law states that as a consumer you have the right to cancel within 7 days. This is considered to be 7 days starting from the day after delivery. Cancellation of an order must be notified in writing by e-mail or in writing to our registered address. Your consumer rights will not be affected. UK Law is the applicable law.

DAMAGED GOODS

If your hamper arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours by telephone or e-mail. We will collect the damaged hamper from you. Upon the arrival of the damaged hamper back at our offices, an inspection of those goods will take place and either a refund or replacement item will be provided.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied with any of our hampers or services, please contact us on 01305 757589. We will aim to deal with your complaint within 24 hours. If you prefer you can write or e-mail us. We take complaints very seriously and will endeavour to make sure we rectify all situations to our customers satisfaction. Full refunds will be given to customers with unsatisfactory hampers.

ALCOHOL POLICY

By accepting these terms and conditions we are expecting you to acknowledge that both you (the customer) and the recipient of the luxury hamper are both over 18 years of age. This is the law.

CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS

We will not accept liability for consequential loss.
