Many thanks for a superb hamper. After 25 years of trudging around the shops selecting presents which elicited nothing more than a half-raised eyebrow finally an overwhelmingly favourable response and incredibly a request for another next Christmas. Outstanding! The fact that it was successfully delivered, at a sensible time, on the day you stipulated and apparently contained not one item which would be destined for a years at the back of a cupboard shelf, guarantees you my business next year.

I have just opened the hamper with my husband and kids and it is fabulous. I have ordered over the past few years hampers from Fortnum and Masons and M&S and this is definitely the best as it is so non-standard for a hamper.

The beers and mead and rhubarb wine (very interesting) are so much better than just normal wine which we have plenty of anyway. My thoughts are running ahead to Christmas and I already plan to have the honeycomb on Christmas morning and the chutney with Turkey leftovers in a homemade curry after Christmas. The cheeses look tastey.

I even feel the packaging on the cheeses and the cake/christmas pudding adds to the appetising appeal. The card you enclosed makes me long for a trip to the west coast! My 8 year old son already wants to open the butterscotch sauce!

Hello Helen,

I can honestly say that we enjoyed everything. My husband finished off the last of the Christmas cake yesterday. The salmon was terrific on Christmas morning with champagne and scambled eggs made with cream.

My colleagues really enjoyed theirs too. The hamper basket has provided great storage for the extra toys accumilated over Christmas.

Happy new year and hoping I am in gainfull employment I shall return to buy more hampers later this year!
